THURSDAY FOOTBALL
[ Boys 15 - 18 ] | Partner: TSA
Delivered in partnership with TSA, our Thursday football sessions give older teenagers a consistent space to compete, grow, and be challenged. Beyond the game, participants develop leadership, resilience, accountability, and confidence while building trusted relationships with youth workers who support them through the opportunities and challenges of adolescence.

SATURDAY FOOTBALL
[ Boys 12 - 14 ] / Partner: TSA
Delivered in partnership with TSA and APP, our Saturday football sessions introduce younger boys to a safe and positive environment where sport builds confidence, friendships, and character. Through structured activities and teamwork, participants develop respect, communication, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging that supports their growth both on and off the pitch.
-
Sport is one of the most effective ways to engage young people, break the ice and begin building positive relationships. It offers an enjoyable and accessible entry point for those who may not initially feel comfortable joining mentoring or personal development programmes.
-
Our sports programmes aim to improve physical wellbeing, confidence, discipline, teamwork and emotional resilience. They provide young people with a structured environment where they can develop friendships, build trust with coaches and mentors, and feel part of a positive community.
-
Sport creates a natural pathway into the wider programmes we deliver. As relationships grow, young people can progress into mentoring, employability, leadership, wellbeing and personal development opportunities. This allows our support to continue far beyond the sports session itself.
