We are a community built around young people connecting them with trusted mentors, meaningful opportunities and a place to belong. Through sport, mentoring, education and personal development, we help young people build confidence, find direction and recognise their potential.

P4P
Born from 17-year-old Sabri’s determination to turn personal loss into positive action, Play for Peace grew from an idea between friends into a youth-led movement bringing thousands together through football. With mentoring, guidance and the right opportunities, the team learned to lead, build partnerships and support communities affected by conflict. Today, P4P is proof of what young people can achieve when someone believes in their potential and gives them the opportunity to lead.

MANSUUR AHMED
We first met Mansuur Ahmed at 16 and recognised his potential early. Through long-term mentoring, guidance and opportunities, we helped him build the confidence, leadership and connections to pursue his passion for politics. As a Hotspot Youth Ambassador, he learned to represent and serve his community. Mansuur went on to become the UK’s youngest councillor, proving what can happen when young people are given the support, belief and opportunity to lead.

ISA HXSSAN
We first met Isa at 17 when he became one of the first young people to join The Hotspot. Through ongoing mentoring, guidance and opportunities, we helped him build his confidence, creative skills and entrepreneurial ambition. Isa went on to produce viral content reaching millions of views and helping businesses grow their audiences. Now building his own marketing agency, he is mentoring other young creatives, proving what can happen when talent is given the support and opportunity to grow.
